Maxim Citylights

Maxim Holdings Sdn Bhd is one of the many property developers which are riding on the fast pace of development in Sentul. This is the building which is an affordable condominium tower called One Maxim on 0.6ha of leasehold land. The project will have an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM180 mil and will be undertaken by its wholly-owned subsidiary C&G Maxim Sdn Bhd.

This will be Maxim’s second project in Sentul after Maxim Citylights, a mixed commercial and residential development which is just a stone’s throw away. It also has a mixed development project called Maxim Residences in Cheras. Sentul is still developing and its proximity to the city is an advantage. The prices of property here are still affordable, so we foresee that this area still has room for further growth,” Maxim Holdings managing director Datuk Gan Seong Liam tells FocusM.
