Parkhill Residence

Parkhill Residence is a residential development built over a rolling 13-acre parcel close to the Technology Park/Astro end of the Bukit Jalil highway.  There are in total four condominium towers built on 5.65 acres out of the 13-acre site but only two of the towers (Blocks C and D) with a total of 1,062 residential units are open to the public. Blocks A and B are PPA1M residences under the 1 Malaysia affordable housing scheme for civil servants.

None of the furnishings will be given though, reminded the sales consultant, but added that the fully-fitted bathroom along with all the ceiling-height tiles will be given. The bathroom, especially the master bathroom, was spacious too but laid out to be functional with just the right use of contrast tiles to offset the monotony of the main ceramic tiles.
