The Eco World Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld) will hand over 612 terraced houses at Cradleton Precinct in Eco Majestic at the Semenyih, this April. According to Eco Majestic divisional general manager Evon Yap, Cradleton Precinct was Eco Majestic’s first launch in May 2014, with prices starting from RM588,000.
“We are currently showcasing our newly opened show unit for the Harmoni Apartments and in May 2017, we will preview the Stoneridge Precinct comprising cluster homes, semi-dees and bungalows,” she told reporters after the launch of EcoWorld Illuminations Flower Show this evening.
