The linear configuration maximizes the usage of the site while optimising the central area with a green area, thus creating an open breathing space. The green area provides an integration and a recreation communal hub for the development and its residents. This is the PERSADA by Sime Darby at Bandar Bukit Raja.

The design concept is fully optimising the natural site context, which embraces the full advantage of natural ventilation and sunlight penetrating into the residential units while providing screening and sun shading with roof eaves and louvered panels. The louvered panels are introduced as a feature which acts as both a sun shading and as a screening devise, enhancing the overall quality of the development with landscape and greenery.
