KUALA LUMPUR (June 24): Another of IJM Land’s residential developments in the Pantai Sentral Park integrated development, Riana Trees Residences, is being launched this weekend (today and tomorrow).
This comes after the successful launches of its earlier two residential developments within Pantai Sentral Park, Inwood Residences and Secoya Residences. Both projects have been fully taken up.
Riana Trees Residences will be a low-density exclusive development on 3.36 acres of land and comprise 336 Type A 900 sq ft (Intermediate) and Type B 955 sq ft (Corner Lot) condominium units.
There will be 12 units per floor, with six units at Level 3A, eight units at Level 5, and 10 units at Level 19.
All the units will have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and come with two parking bays. Prices start from RM628,000 or RM698 psf.
“We have designed the layout to fit the current situation where people like space and practicality in terms of the entry price, it is something which is very attainable given the location,” said Emily Yap, senior manager, sales & marketing, IJM Land Bhd.
“We are meeting the needs of young working professionals and first-time homebuyers,” she added.
The 58-acre integrated development Pantai Sentral Park is “nestled” in the 200-acre Taman Rimba Bukit Kerinchi. It is being jointly developed by IJM Land and Amona Development and located in the new Golden Triangle of Mid Valley City, Petaling Jaya and Bangsar.
Both Pantai Sentral Park and Riana Trees Residences will be connected via direct flyover from the New Pantai Expressway (NPE), and is linked to the Federal Highway, LDP, KL-Putrajaya Expressway, MRR2, Jalan Kerinchi and Jalan Templer. Accessibility is likely to be boosted with proximity to the upcoming MRT3 Circle Line and existing stations.
In line with Pantai Sentral Park’s green concept, Riana Trees Residences promotes sustainable living and has received a provisional gold GreenRE certification. Residents will enjoy about 1.81 acres of landscaping and many facilities, including a swimming pool, outdoor gymnasium, barbecue terrace, indoor children’s playzone, co-working space, basketball court and herb garden on Levels 1 and 5.

There will also be a lucky draw at 4pm on both launch days for those who have brought and booked units for Riana Trees.
