Sime Darby Property’s Laman Idaman 85% taken up
KUALA LUMPUR (June 26): Sime Darby Property Bhd achieved 85% take-up for its recently launched Laman Idaman shop offices in its Bukit Jelutong township development, Shah Alam, Selangor.
Offering six lots of sizes ranging from 22ft by 70ft to 40ft by 70ft and built-ups of 3,079 sq ft to 6,914 sq ft, the 35 units two- and three-storey shop offices are priced from RM1.69 million onwards. These shop offices are designed with the objective to maximise branding and product displays to draw customers in.
Situated in a successful township, Laman Idaman provides tenants with an unparalleled visibility from the Bukit Jelutong interchange of Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE). He added that Laman Idaman is situated alongside a residential development of the 1,260-unit Idaman Apartment where tenants stand to tap into a ready catchment of 131,000 residents upon its completion in the year 2025.
Other accessibility options that are available besides the GCE will be a network to other major highways including the New Klang Valley Expressway, North-South Expressway Central Link and the Federal Highway.
