Both Tengku Ibrahim and Datuk Efendi were appointed to the board on Oct 6, with Tengku Ibrahim appointed to replace the former group’s executive chairman Datuk Teh Kian An, who resigned due to health issues.
Efendi Omar is to replace Edward Ng Kah Jiun, 28, who has been redesignated as an executive director.
