SELANGOR: Sime Darby Property Berhad launched the first phase of its SJ7 transit-oriented development (TOD), Hype Residences, comprising 310 homes, which received a 100% take-up within one hour of its official launch. 

With a gross development value of RM597.2mil, Hype Residences is situated on 4.32 acres of land, with two towers consisting of 961 homes upon completion. Located in Subang Jaya, the TOD itself is a mixed development encompassing retail, office and residential, spanning 34.6 acres.
