Avaland tops out Aetas Damansara
PETALING JAYA: Avaland Bhd has topped out Aetas Damansara, its inaugural luxury development that received numerous accolades in 2022 and 2023. With a 100% take-up rate, Aetas Damansara is expected to be handed over to homeowners in the 1st quarter of 2025, nearly six months ahead of schedule.
The 1.76-acre development has a gross development value (GDV) of RM582mil and comprises two 47- and 48-storey towers.
