Kerjaya Prospek Property to open Bloomsvale Shopping Gallery on Old Klang Road by 2Q2024
KUALA LUMPUR (March 27): Kerjaya Prospek Property Bhd, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Kerjaya Property Sdn Bhd, will be opening Bloomsvale Shopping Gallery on Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur, by the second quarter of 2024.
Bloomsvale Shopping Gallery spans approximately 320,000 sq ft of gross floor area. It will house 100 retail units across four levels and offer 230,000 sq ft net lettable area.

The tenant mix of Bloomsvale Shopping Gallery includes supermarket MeMiZoooZooo and Mr DIY as the anchor tenants. Meanwhile, other tenants in the mix include wellness services such as Guardian, Believe Fitness, Klinik Mediviron, R Pharmacy; food and beverage outlets such as Gigi Coffee, Inside Scoop, Nam Heong, Subway, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Sushi Go and Zus Coffee; and edutainment and education offerings such as AS Nursery & Preschool and Jungle Gym among others.
Bloomsvale Shopping Gallery is part of the bigger 5.2-acre freehold Bloomsvale @ OKR mixed development worth RM1.2 billion in gross development value. It also consists of two residential towers, a corporate office tower and a hotel by Courtyard by Mariott.
