PUTRAJAYA: Housing and Local Government Minister Nga Kor Ming praised SkyWorld Development Bhd’s achievement in gaining the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence gold award during the recent Property Excellence Appreciation Ceremony. 

SkyAwani 3 received the award at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2024 in Gardens by the Bay, Singapore. 

“Their achievements not only elevate the standards of our local real estate industry but also enhance Malaysia’s reputation on the international stage. It proves that our local developers can stand on par with leading developers around the world and our affordable housing is the cream of the crop,” Nga said.

“We are deeply honoured to receive this acknowledgement from the Minister of Housing and Local Government. Winning gold at the FIABCI Awards for two consecutive years is a remarkable achievement for SkyWorld. This success motivates our entire team to continue pursuing excellence and innovation in property development not just locally but internationally as well,” SkyWorld chief executive officer Lee Chee Seng said.

Located in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, SkyAwani 3 achieved a Qlassic score of 79%, the highest for the affordable housing category at that time. SkyWorld brand communications head Leonard Tan was also present at the ceremony.
