First stage of Sime Darby Property’s The Nine, Elmina Green landed homes fully taken up at preview

KUALA LUMPUR (March 11): The first stage of Sime Darby Property Bhd’s (KL:SIMEPROP) The Nine, Elmina Green, comprising 93 units of freehold double-storey linked houses over ten acres, in the City of Elmina, Shah Alam, have been fully taken-up during a weekend preview held on March 8 and 9.

The houses will come with built-ups ranging from 2,000 to 2,342 sq ft and land sizes from 20ft by 80ft. Each unit comprises four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and are priced starting from RM921,888.

The Nine, Elmina Green (stage 1) has a gross development value of RM93.8 million and is scheduled for completion in March 2026.

“The strong response reflects homebuyers’ trust in our developments and the value we consistently deliver. We remain committed to shaping thriving and well-planned communities with sustainable and thoughtfully designed homes that enhance residents’ overall well-being while prioritising quality, lifestyle, and connectivity,” said Sime Darby Property chief operating officer of township development Appollo Leong in a statement on Tuesday.

The houses will come with a 12ft backyard and a wheelchair-friendly suite on the ground floor to ensure accessibility for multigenerational families. 

Amenities such as a children’s playground, badminton and futsal courts, yoga lawn, outdoor gym and an orchard garden will be provided at the development. Residents will also have access to over two acres of lush garden parks within the development.
