E Trend Realty aims to acquire small agencies, expand to 3,200 negotiators this year
E Trend Realty achieved a total commission payout of RM45 million, representing a 45% year-on-year increase in 2024.
KUALA LUMPUR (April 3): E Trend Realty Sdn Bhd plans to expand its team to 3,200 agents this year by acquiring small real estate agencies.
“We believe that the acquisition plan will not only increase our market share but it will achieve a win-win situation, allowing all parties to enjoy the market growth with sufficient resources and strong platform support,” E Trend Realty founder and chief executive officer Kenny Kok said in his opening remarks during the property agency’s 2025 Standard of Excellence Awards gala dinner recently at Nexus@Bangsar South.
The black-tie event, which was attended by nearly 600 agents and associates, saw 104 awards presented.
“E Trend Realty has entered its ninth year. We will continue to enhance the professional capabilities of our team of sales agents, focusing on talent development to meet market regulatory requirements, and leveraging technological innovation to strengthen market competitiveness,” said Kok.
He stated that the company will continue to strengthen its competitiveness by advanced technology systems, aiming to be ranked one of the top three real estate companies within two years. E Trend Realty has collaborated with EdgeProp since 2023 to augment the former’s digital leverage.
“Our SOS (Search Owner System) has helped us to grow the agents from 500 to 1,600 people and driven the company growth by over 40%, and we will upgrade the system with AI-driven automation to improve efficiency,” he added.
Kok stated that E Trend Realty achieved a total commission payout of RM45 million, representing a 45% year-on-year increase in 2024. Looking ahead, the company has set even higher goals, striving to achieve a commission payout target of RM75 million and a RM10 billion sales target in 2025.
