BANDAR SRI DAMANSARA (April 14): TA Global Bhd has launched a new Grade-A strata office tower, The Arden in Bandar Sri Damansara, Selangor. The commercial site, with a gross development value (GDV) of RM446 million, is slated for completion in 2Q2028.
During a media preview of the new launch last Friday at Damansara Avenue, TA Global chief operating officer Lee Yen Foong stated that the 38-storey building comprises 455 office units, with layouts ranging from 495 sq ft to 3,111 sq ft to cater to various businesses, from startups to established firms.
The office building is located within TA Global’s 48-acre Damansara Avenue masterplan, a mixed-use development with direct access to the Sri Damansara Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station.
The forthcoming DA Central Mall further positions companies here at the epicentre of urban mobility. Major highways linking Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur also ensure connectivity between the business hub and the city centre, reinforcing corporate presence in this location.
