Warisan Puteri

The Puteri Warisan is a freehold mixed development located in Sepang, Selangor. The developers are IOI Properties, and other developments in the area include Kota Warisan, Taman Dahlia and Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi. This is the first project that IOI started to develop in Sepang and target to expand the network and popularity in the Peninsular of Malaysia.

At the Puteri Warisan, there is an entire master plan for the township, which would have both commercial and residential developments, including townhouses, terrace houses, and condominiums as well. There are also several pieces of land that are being reserved for parkland areas. One of the first launches for the new town would be terrace houses having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with 2,100 sf built-up. In the Puteri Warisan only a total of 196 units would be offered in the first phase, and indicative pricing suggests a price of RM250 psf.
