Greenfield Residence

The Develeper, CICET Asia Development Sdn Bhd from China is venturing into property development in Malaysia which is having worked as contractor for reputable developers in the past. Their first project, called Greenfield Residence @ Bandar Sunway, is located off Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong (LDP) at Sunway Mentari. The project will feature 816 units of serviced apartment in 3 blocks with unit size ranges from 581 – 1,302 sq.ft. It will also comprise some supporting retail shops at the ground level for the convenience of residents.

CICET is a reputable construction-based company in Malaysia. It was established in April 1991, the Group started as an engineering based company who has worked alongside some of Malaysia’s Top 10 developers such as IOI Properties and SP Setia. Hence this project expected to further establish the CICET.
