Aset Kayamas Sdn Bhd’s The Hamstead condominium project in Desa Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur was fully taken up in three hours during its launch.The Hamstead has a gross development value of about RM200 million and is located on a 3.1-acre plot. The leasehold project will house 479 condo units with built-ups of between 947 sq ft and 1,272 sq ft in a single 40-storey block. Prices start from RM387,000.
