Chin Hin Group Property partners with AFFIN BANK to offer home financing solutions
KUALA LUMPUR (July 21): Chin Hin Group Property Bhd (CHGP) is collaboratting with AFFIN BANK to offer the AFFIN Home Step Fast/i home financing solutions to homebuyers.
Accoring to a media release by CHGP, AFFIN Home Step Fast/i provides homebuyers with the flexibility of low monthly repayments by only servicing the interest for the first five years of their homeownership.
Homebuyers will enjoy a loan margin of up to 90% and an additional 5% allocated for home loan insurance/takaful, legal and documentation fees, as well as stamping and valuation fees. The home financing solution is also applicable for financing and refinancing, and suitable for investors and new homebuyers who want to reap the benefits of a higher rental yield while preserving their cash flow.
“Other key benefits of AFFIN Home Step Fast/i include loan tenure of up to 30 years or until 70 years of age for loan applicants with no lock-in period or early settlement fee. The financing applies to projects that are completed and under construction,” stated CHGP.
“AFFIN Home Step Fast/i is especially advantageous for young couples starting a family and looking for a wholesome home, as well as young professionals building their careers. The repayment flexibility allows them to manage their cash flow while strengthening their their financial capacity in the next five years without compromising their hope of owning their own home,” said CHGP’s Marketing & Sales general manager, Tan Zijin.
The first two property projects taking part in AFFIN Home Step Fast/i will be Ayanna Residences and Quaver Residence.
Located in Bukit Jalil, Ayanna Residences has 824 units with built-ups ranging from 1,155 to 2,453 sq ft and comes with three to four rooms and up to four car park bays. It is designed for young families and upgraders.
Quaver Residences, Sungai Besi, is a serviced apartment project offering 684 units with built-ups ranging from 1,023 to 1,701 sq ft.
