PETALING JAYA: Mah Sing Group Bhd (Mah Sing) has completed the balloting for its Rumah Mampu Milik Johor (RMMJ) at Meridin East, benefitting 253 purchasers. They received the certificate at a ceremony attended by Tiram Assemblyman Azizul Bachok and Johor State Housing Development Corporation chief operating officer Mohd Shahrizan Sahid. 

Phase 2 of the RMMJ comprises 316 units, with 253 units allocated to the general public and the remaining 63 units reserved for special categories such as the B40, civil servants, military personnel, OKU, and others.

Meridin East’s RMMJ Phase 2 Sections 1A and 1B presents townhouses ranging from 1,001 sq ft to 1,012 sq ft and include dedicated parking spaces in front of each unit, and is affordably priced from RM150,000.

Located in Eastern Iskandar Malaysia, Meridin East is an integrated township encompassing residential, commercial and light industrial development across 1,313 acres of land, with 500 acres of lush greenery and picturesque lakes. Since being launched in 2016, it has delivered more than 2,000 units of houses to purchasers and achieved an impressive occupancy rate of approximately 70%. 

Meanwhile, the next phase of RMMJ comprises 392 units and is targeted to be launched in Q3 2024.
