Mah Sing’s top management commemorate the momentous 30th Anniversary milestone with a sand-pouring gambit.

Mah Sing Group Bhd (Mah Sing) commemorated its momentous 30th Anniversary milestone during its annual dinner, bringing together 700 employees nationwide to honour three decades of innovation, growth and achievements in the property industry.

Themed A Luminous Gala, the celebration highlighted Mah Sing’s growth from a plastic trading company to one of Malaysia’s leading property developers, with a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial and industrial developments. 

In his speech, Mah Sing founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum, reflected on the company’s journey and future aspirations. “Over the past 30 years, Mah Sing has grown from strength to strength, driven by the dedication of our people and the support of our stakeholders. This milestone is not just a celebration of our past but a commitment to shaping a sustainable and innovative future. As we move forward, we aim to continue delivering quality homes and creating communities that enrich lives, while exploring new opportunities in emerging growth areas,” he said,

The evening also paid tribute to Mah Sing’s long-serving employees with the Long Service Awards, honouring staff who have dedicated 10 years, 15 years and 20 years to the company’s success. Another highlight of the evening was the Mah Sing Excellence Award, which recognised employees who have delivered exceptional project quality and created outstanding customer experiences to ensure safety and operational efficiency. The award reflects Mah Sing’s culture of excellence and its commitment to continuous improvement.
