Chin Hin Group unveils Menara Chin Hin, its new corporate headquarters in Sri Petaling, KL

KUALA LUMPUR (March 10): Chin Hin Group Bhd (KL:CHINHIN) officially opened Menara Chin Hin, its new corporate headquarters in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur over the weekend.

This headquarters will serve as a dynamic space where ideas flourish, partnerships strengthen, and our people continue to drive the group forward.”
Spanning multiple levels, Menara Chin Hin integrates residential units with modern workplace concepts with dedicated spaces for collaboration and employee well-being. It is part of a two-tower mixed-use development.
The corporate offices for Chin Hin Group and its subsidiaries, including Chin Hin Group Property Bhd (KL:CHGP), Chin Hin Construction Engineering, and Chin Hin Building Materials, occupy Levels 22 to 27, consolidating the group’s key business divisions.
Level 19 includes Stellarium, a multifunctional space seating 230 guests for corporate engagements. This level also features 12 meeting rooms, including four Microsoft Teams-enabled rooms, a wellness centre with medical and nursing rooms, and a surau.
Level 18 features a learning hub for professional development, accommodating up to 100 participants, alongside VIP suites for private discussions and executive meetings.
Level 17 houses StellarBrew Café, a 14,000 sq ft facility with separate halal and non-halal dining areas, offering over 200 seats for networking and casual meetings.
Levels 10 to 16 offer duplex residential units with built-ups between 711 sq ft and 1,238 sq ft, which have been fully sold. Prices started at RM690 psf.
Meanwhile, the other levels include the parking bays and other facilities.
