Mah Sing’s M Legasi township in Semenyih sees over 90% take-up for first phase of landed homes

KUALA LUMPUR (April 15): Mah Sing Group Bhd reported a strong market response to its latest township development, M Legasi in Semenyih, with over 90% of units in the first phase of the Impira series sold.

The initial release, Impira phase 1A, comprises 102 units of 2-storey terrace homes and carries a gross development value (GDV) of RM71 million. Following the encouraging response, Mah Sing announced that it is preparing to launch phase 1B.

Impira homes are priced from RM635,000, with built-ups ranging from 1,555 sq ft to 1,759 sq ft on land sizes of 20’ x 60’ and 20’ x 70’. Each individual-titled unit includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms, designed for multi-generational living. 

M Legasi is Mah Sing’s largest freehold township in the Klang Valley, covering 500 acres with an overall GDV of RM3.3 billion. The development integrates modern residential design with green spaces, including a 13-acre Central Park and a resort-style entrance. The township is also set to feature EV charging stations.

Impira homeowners will have access to 2.9 acres of lifestyle amenities such as an outdoor gym, multipurpose courts, a play lawn and a retail and lifestyle hub called Legacy Walk, which will include F&B outlets and essential services.

The development also offers show units — both bare and fully furnished — for potential buyers and a new sales gallery is scheduled to open next quarter.

M Legasi is accessible via LEKAS, SILK and the Kajang-Seremban Highway, with nearby amenities in Kajang, Bangi and Semenyih.
